Meet Ankit Sarawagi,
I'm a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of experience leading finance for startups and high-growth companies across the USA, India, and UAE. I've built finance functions from the ground up, managed complex multi-entity structures, and partnered directly with founders and boards to prepare for fundraising, due diligence, and international expansion.
My journey has taken me from Finance Analyst at Genpact to full-time CFO at Verloop.io, where I've led Series A and B fundraising efforts, and built finance systems that withstand investor scrutiny. Along the way, I've founded and actively run two firms: A & Ab Associates serving Indian businesses, and Profitjets serving U.S. businesses.
This unique vantage point has given me exposure across diverse industries, business models, and regulatory environments. I've seen what works, what breaks, and what investors actually care about when they're writing checks.
